"My preferred place to stay in San Jose (have probably stayed here at least 20 times, and I have stayed at many places in town so I have a fair idea of what's "normal" here even for the high-end hotels). Large and clean rooms, great location and staff. Only downside is there is no restaurant/bar in the hotel, rather in the separate casino which is a bit sleazy for my tastes. But there are decent restaurants within a short walk."

"My experience at Hilton Gardens was great. Room was clean and comfortable, The buffet was right on Point - Lunch was really good and breakfast as well a lot of variety of food well prepare. The staff was welcoming, It was great having a large mall a few steps away. perfect for shopping. Last but not least the free shuttle to the airport and the proximity of it made the whole package Thank you I enjoyed my stay very much, I am glad to be a member of the Hilton family, Sincerely. "Mango is a great place to stop before and after the airport. I wish I had discovered it sooner. It will be my "go to" airport hotel in Costa Rica. Dinner was delicious, the staff was very kind, the pool and outdoor areas were relaxing. The rooms were basic, but clean and comfortable. They provided an airport shuttle at 4 am and included cookies and coffee at that hour."
