"Absoluty loved this place. Polite and helpful staff. We had a fantastic view from the balcony - we were on the 4th floor. Room was clean, bathroom / shower were brilliant. Set in an ideal location if you want to go to the beach or walk to the main strip. 3 swimming pools, mostly quiet even in June. It had a TV, Fridge plenty of space to hang / store clothes. Reception staff were very friendly and helped us out with our shuttle return ( they did not have us on the return leg of the journey so the staff helped us contact to travel company.). Many Spanish people were there, a lot of middle aged range so no noisy disturbances at night time. Definately recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a relaxing break away. Hotel activites were available but we did not take part, and also options for bed and evening meal, but we ate out. If I go back to Benidorm I will be looking to come back again. Excellent. "

"I really enjoyed my one night stay at the hotel. The check in was quick, the wifi was good and the area, whilst not in the centre, was within walking distance of all the popular places. The room was clean and comfortable with a balcony. I didn’t get an opportunity to use the facilities but the pool looked ok. The included buffet breakfast was very nice with plenty of options. The only criticism was that the cooked food was cold. I don’t understand why the can’t keep the food in a container??"

"We were very pleasantly surprised with how nice our apartment was. After reading some reviews and the low price we were not expecting much but the apartment had everything we needed and more. We arrived at 2pm (check in time 5pm) and were able to check in which was great. The apartment was fairly clean and in pretty good condition. There was a fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine and dishwasher! The shower was always hot and the water pressure was consistently strong. The WiFi coverage and speed was great for the entirety of the trip. We had a big, furnished balcony that has the sun in the evenings but the door to it was broken (not really an issue for us). The bed was comfy, initially we only had a sheet but asked for a blanket at reception and they got us one straight away. There were blackout shutters in both the bedroom and living room which were incredible! A/C worked perfectly all the way through, it’s controlled by a digital panel, could have it really cold if you needed but even having it on a reasonable temperature was comfortable. It was only a 10-15min walk to the beach or the strip (it’s a bit of a hill but we were fine with it) and they provide a shuttle that runs every 20mins, for free, between the morning and about 10pm at night. We didn’t use the pool, bar or restaurant at the main hotel so can’t comment but it always looked nice when we called in to reception. Overall it was a great stay and would stay here again."
