Great stay from the minute i walked in staff all very friendly . I had single room big enough for me . Breakfast & evening meal great selection off food . All staff very friendly nothing was a problem to them .Room cleaned daily then hotel a 5 minute walk from centre of old town I will be staying again on next trip to Benidorm

Reception staff great and helpful. Dining staff unfriendly and asked for Room ID 3 times when dining. Limited choice of foods. Bedroom window would not lock and was accessible by other rooms and from the hallway window. Was given a disabled room when not disabled. Music on until 11pm which echoed all through the 1st floor above making sleep impossible. Hotel itself was clean and well presented and located well.

We stayed for 7 nights and we have a standard double bedroom with window. Good size room for a couple and enough for what we need. Room has a wardrobe, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, luggage space, safe box, fridge and air-condition. Lovely modern bathroom with big walk in shower. We had a good sleep (having earplugs helps). You can hear poeple talking next room, but it's not a problem for us. Breakfast is great. Dinner is ok. Hotel mainly catered for Spanish people but it's great to learn culture. The location is fantastic.

The room was decent, the food was basic. Everyday there was pasta and some meat until the last day there was rice and curry Its a 3 star hotel so it was expected to be basic.

Stayed in a single occupancy room it was very small. But all i needed for 5 nights. However there was some noise from neighbouring rooms seems sound proofing is an issue. Also my room was close to an amenities store and there was a lot of banging early in the morning from people starting work and possible deliveries. Not ideal, but very cheap and had my own controllable air con and the shower was excellent.

Excellent location two streets from front. Very friendly staff on reception and bar, breakfast was fine but make sure you go early as food was cold when we left it until about 9.30. Surprised rooms had no hairdryer.

Good location for Old Town and had a great deal for B and B. Room comfortable and enjoyed English channels on TV. No Hairdryer - room quite noisey. Breakfast OK coffee nice typical of a buffet breakfast. Definitely would stay again if her a good deal.
