Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Was a feaud, we didn’t have any reservation instead we paid via Expedia. Personel in hotel told they don't work with Expedia. The matter was reported because the staff asked me, my husband, and my child to leave the hotel and left us on the street. We called Expedia several times, but the staff wouldn't answer the phone, hung up, or claimed it was the wrong number. I then had to make a new reservation, which, of course, turned out to be more expensive because it was last-minute. Instead of resting after a long trip, we experienced psychological trauma.

Nettes Personal . Gerne wieder 👍
