"Great stay, staff very attentive and friendly! Lovely room we were upgraded to which had fantastic views of the river. Unfortunately, when we went to bed we could only turn aircon down to 21C and it was a hot night. Reported it in the morning and they were going to have a look and rectify problem!"

We rented a 2-bedroom apartment with a kitchen and dining space - it was quiet and very private, with a patio in front and back, and just steps to the pool. The whole property feels very private and luxurious but is not at all stuffy or formal. Among the very best hotels we've stayed in anywhere in the world."
