Worth every penny. Beautiful surroundings, kind and welcoming staff. We stayed here for our silver wedding anniversary and it did not disappoint. My husband and I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at Château La Marquise. We feel extremely lucky to have found this super boutique hotel in the Loire Valley. The hotel is housed in a truly beautiful château, with lovely grounds surrounding it. The swimming pool in the garden is an added bonus. The rooms are so well furnished and are all totally in keeping with this historic building. What is particularly impressive here though is the welcome and service provided by every member of staff. It really is first class. Absolutely nothing is too much trouble. We were particularly grateful for the recommendations for days out and local restaurants where we might dine. If I were to find myself in this area again, I would never now stay anywhere else. If you are visiting this area of the Loire Valley I would urge you to book a room in the Château Marquise. I promise you will not be disappointed!

Magnifique halte dans cet écrin de verdure à deux-pas du centre-ville de Saumur, site entièrement sécurisé avec un accès via portail ouvrant en utilisant l'interphone pour joindre la réception. Le château est décoré traditionnellement avec beaucoup de charme tout en offrant tout le confort auquel on s'attend, et tout le personnel a été très gentil et attentionné, de l'accueil au départ en passant par le petit-déjeuner avec beaucoup de produits locaux. Nous y retournerons à coup sûr!
