"Clean, quiet and had lots of space"

"Essentially No response to messages. Costs were higher than posted because they didn’t include service charge of 125 euros. Condo is 2 miles from City Center. Property manager was never available to discuss issues with stove and returning keys. None of the other property managers returned calls. So this goes down as my worst stays during 45 yrs of world travels."

"Our stay in Italy was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The check-in process was seamless, and communication with the host through WhatsApp was excellent the entire time. The property was clean, organized, and exactly as expected. Any questions or challenges we had were addressed quickly, and the emergency procedures and property details were explained clearly. Navigating check-in, check-out, and getting in and out of the property was very easy. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and...

"Great convenient stay! We stayed with 3 kids. Perfect stay if you plan on spending most of your days sightseeing. Bus into town located directly across the road. Beds comfy enough..prob the easiest check in we have experienced so far.. definitely recommend. Super popular with many campers in vans and tents. The restaurant is super popular - American style fair - go into town for pasta - the pizzas and burgers were super popular. There are washing machines that work great. The dryers are hit and...

"Positive - walking distance and central to everything we wanted to see in Florence, including close to the train station. Our room was spacious, we had 2 floors, with the main bedroom downstairs and our children slept upstairs. Staff were polite, helpful and courteous. Excellent breakfast included in our stay at a stunning restaurant close to the apartment. Negative - Cleaning of the room everyday was not included during our stay (surcharge) Not enough storage/shelving for our clothes/...

"الفندق اكثر من رائع الموقع جميل كانت الغرفة مطلة علئ النهر المكان نظيف جداً والفطور لذيذ لكن وجدنا خدمة ركن السيارة سيئة الكراج بعيد جداً وسالنا عن الوقت الذي تستغرقه وصول السيارة كانت الاجابة من ٢٠ دقيقية الئ ٣٠ دقيقية وانتظرنا ساعة كاملة لكي تصل السيارة "

"Very convenient , the small kitchen, the pool, beware that in Italy, the heating is not available before November 1st."

"Localización unica Todo el staff super gentil y atento a colaborar Habitación amplia y luminosa con vista lateral hacia Piazza Signoria"

"Overall excellent experience! Our room was beautiful with an amazing painting on the ceiling! Breakfast brunch was very tasty and varied, including real italian coffee. Staff was available and very accomodating. Highly recommended!"

"Great location, superior tent was really nice with the en-suite and balcony. Easy check in. Staff friendly and helpful. Downsides were no designated parking space for us despite not all tents being occupied. Also bread given out at dinner were not free despite us not asking for them and at €6 a bag it was not great value. The bread was pretty hard and tasteless! Regardless I would recommend a stay here in the heart of Tuscany and within half an hour bus ride into Florence ♥️🇮🇹"
