"i failed to notice the property did not have air conditioning. The property vented well but many if not most windows lacked screens. The bathroom sinks leaked and were not usable. The property had fans to cool it down but none of the 4 fans were operational. The washer / dryer were the biggest reason we rented the property. But the washer and dryer were located in a common area outside of another apartment. This should be disclosed as it impacts the usability of the space. "

"This is a light and airy top-floor apartment in a fantastic area in the heart of Ghent. There was one bed in a loft and a sofa bed, which was ample for our family of three. We were able to do a little cooking with the pots and pans that were in the kitchen. The apartment is steps away from the main canal, and just a few minutes from a couple of different metro lines.
