"They charged for breakfast and parking. What hotel charges their guest parking space. Breakfast was 15.00 CAD and 20.00 for parking. :("

"There are lots of noises going on in the hotel at 11pm-12pm from other guests. I was told that I got a free upgraded to a nice viewer room when I went to register but when I went to check-in and pick up the key. It's still the same types of room that I booked. I don't see the upgrade that was supposed to be better from what I booked. But that is ok for me. I paid for what I get. Staffs is great and friendly. It's would be great if there are bottles of water in the room instead of a vending machine on the ground floor. It's great if you just want a place to sleep at night and spend all your day time outside."
