"Great hotel! We will definitely stay here again. Clean, spacious and well maintained. The staff was great, especially considering that the hotel was sold out and there were numerous high school teams staying there."

"Very clean, comfortable room. Well maintained. Breakfast was very basic. Nothing warm like pancakes, waffles, sausage. Oatmeal, cereal, hard boiled eggs, bagels. No coffee pot in the room. Coffee only available at breakfast. The hotel charged me $50 deposit that was supposed to be returned to me at check out but so far it has not. Will be calling the office."

"The property was old, worn and not well maintained. My air conditioning went out in the middle of the night my first night. I roughed it and let the front desk know the problem the next morning. They said they would get it fixed that day. I came back that evening and they said it was fixed. It wasn’t. I said I wanted a new room when I got back from dinner. I got back from dinner and it was such a cluster to get another room. They were confused on which room I was to be in. They next morning they issued new keys to me and a fellow worker staying there because they had moved him in the computer to the room I was staying in and showed me in my old room. It was just very frustrating, disorganized and a terrible experience. When I checked out they offered no refund or discount. Marriott should be embarrassed to have their franchise on this facility."

"The rooms and the beds were very comfortable. As a coffee drinker, I would have liked to have had 24-hour coffee like the property at the airport does. The hotel was great, the rate was good and it was perfect location for a girls trip and visiting red rocks."

"This house was so comfortable and well-stocked for a long stay. Laura was very friendly and responsive if we had any questions. We loved the back yard deck with furniture and an awning. It was a great place to hang out, relax and observe nature. The location was great too, with easy access to C-470, Wadsworth and downtown Littleton. Grocery store, restaurants and shops were nearby. Fabulous stay - highly recommend."
