"We picked this location for its proximity to Cooperstown. The room was good & very clean. The only issue we had was it took almost 20 minutes to get any hot water in the sink or shower. "My 10 year old and I stayed here while my 12 year old was playing in Cooperstown. It was a great visit and Shannon was an awesome host. The place was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I would recommend this place for anyone considering staying"
