"Upon entering the lobby it had a strong musty odor. The same overwhelming smell was in the room. Sheets were stained and room was not cleaned. My son found a half empty coke bottle and my daughter found another guest’s underwear. Sink had grime in it. Obviously the room was not cleaned properly. When I told the front desk they did not seem to care and stated they couldn’t refund me since I waited until night to report this. "This hotel was good for families with kids. We needed to stay for a baseball tournament close by. Kids had fun in the pool and the breakfast served its purpose. Rooms were well equipped and clean. I do feel that it was a bit over priced but it worked well for our team."

"Housekeeping never visited our room and we were there 4 nights. We had to go to the front desk for towels daily. The breakfast was okay but the area it was served wasn’t well kept. The carpets throughout the hotel are beyond cleaning, they need to be replaced."
