"When we checked in, the staff member was talking on the phone with her children or someone else while assisting us, so the check-in process was not handled very well. We had three people in our group, but she only created one key card at first, and we had to ask for two more. She quickly handed us the card and sent us on our way so she could return to her phone call. We stayed for five nights, and during the first three days, all three key cards stopped working after only one day and had to be reset repeatedly. Fortunately, the last staff member who assisted us carefully reissued the cards, and the problem did not happen again. The security box was also very old and difficult to operate because it used a traditional key system. Best Western has clearly declined in quality. I stayed there years ago, and it was very good at that time. This stay was very disappointing."

"Everyone was so kind. We were not sure where we could park the UHaul we had with us. I had called ahead of time and they said it would not be a problem. When we arrived, they had us park directly in front of the hotel along the curb in the parking lot! We were 7 steps into the hotel. Breakfast was good! Would definitely stop again if in St. Louis!"

"This was our third stay at the hotel. The first two were good and the last stay was just okay. There was trash from previous traveler in the trash bin along with a unpleasant smell in the room. There were no suitcase caddies in the room which was very annoying. I wish it was better and it really could have been. Okay, there you have it."
