"Very disappointed in our stay. Room was very run down with lots of damage to walls and bedding was cheap. Was unable to request early check in and a playpen, had to wait until day of to see if it was available. When we got checked in and received playpen it was disgusting covered in food and/or baby poop. When I brought it to the front desk they seemed uncaring and said they’d bring another. Second playpen was even older and was still sticky and unclean nor checked and no sheets were provided. No soundproofing so whatever is going on in the hall sounds like your door is wide open."
