"Amazing room! Modern, clean, and with a very comfortable bed. I loved it! The only thing I didn’t like was the spa schedule. I wanted to use the sauna in the morning, but it didn’t open until 11:00 a.m. Other than that, the room was spectacular."

"We were in Europe, staying at Airbnbs for 2 weeks prior to arriving in Florence and the Bernini Palace. We could not have been happier with the beauty that awaited us! The staff were wonderful, the room spectacular and the lounge bar welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was well laid out with everything you could possibly want and we looked forward to the cappuccino every morning. The location couldn’t have been better, minutes from The Uffizi and surrounded by great shops and restaurants. If you want a truly beautiful Florence experience, I highly recommend staying at this hotel! 5 stars plus✨"

Hotel Ville sull'Arno - Preferred Hotels & Resorts

"The staff are very pleasant and helpful. We spent time at the pool and had breakfast on one of the days. We also visited the spa. Our executive room had 2 beds and view of the river. It was large, clean and well appointed, perfect for my daughter and I. The downside to this hotel is that it is a ways out of Florence centre, about a half hour walk and not sure i would be comfortable walking at night in the area. They do offer a free shuttle however the times did not always work for us. We took taxis because it was too hot to walk or too late in the evening and the price of the taxi's did add up over our 3 day stay. Our facials at the spa were just ok. Beautiful environment but not sure they are worth the price. Pool area filled up fast due to the hot weather. If you want to be away from the centre of Florence, this is a great choice."

Hotel Calimala Florence

"We had an overall wonderful experience at Hotel Calimala. The rooms were gorgeous, and clean. The staff was friendly, and helpful . The rooftop bar was spectacular and we loved Nadini, the daytime manager, who was a lovely, impressive person. She added immensely to the wonderful experience we had. We hope to come back to Florence some day. We will be sure to stay at Hotel Calimala when we do!"

Palazzo Alfieri Residenza d’epoca

10/10 Excellent

"Our first visit to Florence and we were wowed by the property, location and service. The Breakfast spread was so beautiful every morning. The staff was wonderful and accomodating. The a/c could have been colder since we happened to visit during the European heatwave in June. Next time we will come in March or April."
