"Overall it was ok, decorations were nice, however Dining options at the hotel were not as much available. Menu has few options when is not regular time for breakfast. Also staff had mixed attitudes: I was told there was no room service, after requesting more bathroom rug. However the other front desk staff saw me at the elevator and offer to bring the rug to the apartment. The check in wait time was longer than I am used to. About 25 min Long"

"Great access to Novo Shopping Center by walk or car. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and it was a very enjoyable stay. Breakfast was good and affordable cost for dining in. I look forward to my next stay here."

"We booked 2 rooms. One room had 2 mugs and the other room had just paper cups. We wanted to use electric kettles, but they are not cleaned at both rooms and so dirty. That was disgusting. At one room, we could not use small shower. Receptionists and staffs at parking area are excellent, and we are very satisfied with that. Pool and gym are nice and breakfast was good. Hotel seems new and clean, and design is nice."
