"The property itself and the unit was very modern and nice. However, I experienced many issues. 1. No hot water. I was told to leave the water running for 20 minutes each time to get hot water flowing, but it only worked once. Had to take cold showers the other times. 2. WiFi did not work and I had to connect to the neighboring units’. 3. door lock is of poor quality and difficult to use. Had to use pinky finger to key in digital entry code, otherwise a bigger finger would hit neighboring...

"It was clean, the building itself felt secure but the area it was in looked a bit shady other than that, the stay was great. "

"The check in process seemed messy and disorganized. We only got access to our room over an hour after the promised check-in time. The room was very tiny and cramped. The bed was only a full size, so not good for a couple. In the bathroom, there was no holder for the soap, so it just had to sit on the counter and melt away. "The bathroom was dirty, I couldn’t leave my luggage at the hotel before check in. The communication was difficult and they sent me wrong codes to access "

"The hotel is a great stay but the property is only available thru WhatsApp via texting! I waited 30 minutes in the extreme heat for a reply to get back in hotel as the reception works remotely …. And there is some delays when waiting for replys!"
