"I absolutely love everything about this hotel. This is my second time coming here and when I return to Sao Miguel, this will be home. The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Ponta Delgada. There is valet parking available. The staff is very friendly, helpful and courteous. The hotel is magnificently beautiful and luxurious with its gold detail. The room is spotless as usual. They’ve done renovations and the pool is heated and there is 2 saunas stations which we absolutely adored. The breakfast is always immaculate. Thank you Grand Acores Atlântico for the memories. I can’t wait to be back already!"

"This by far was the most beautiful 5 star Hotel l have visited!! There was nothing not to like about my visit at the wonderful hotel!!! The staff was amazing, the amenities were great, the Food was extremely good and there was not a bad experience to be had!! The room, OMG!! The view was incredible!!"

"Hotel was in a great location, right across from the Marina. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and clean. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly and made out stay easier. If you have a car, street parking is very difficult to find. However, there is underground parking across the street which is convenient. Ask the hotel for a pass. We had a great stay and had time to enjoy the wellness centre. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Fantastic location. Amazing and seemingly enless choices for food very close. Hop on hop off bus office, 30 seconds from hotel. 10 euro cab ride from airport. My only complaint would be about other guests that insiston slamming doors, and that's not the hotels fault. Ideal place to stay for a week or even a couple of days for stopover."
