"We’ve had an excellent couple of days. The staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help my elderly parents. The breakfast was too excellent. In addition comfy beds. Only one criticism there was no shelf in the bathroom to put your toiletries on. "

The hotels flexible check in was also very welcome as we were travelling from Kent. "The staff were excellent. The rooms were lovely and spacious. We had a dog friendly room which was really lovely. The food was delicious, the hotel is centrally positioned in Conwy. I would highly recommend a stay at this Hotel. We will return again the near future."
