"Host was very attentive and responsive and the size of the house was great. However, the condition of the house was very disappointing. Not clean, floors disgusting, coffee pot was moldy. Lacking many items in the kitchen. Knives, 1,2,3 or 5 qt pans, mixing/serving bowls. Broken can opener. Not enough bath towels and only 2 kitchen towels. Wine cooler not working. Kitchen sink had a crack and water leaked everywhere. No instruction for operating TVs. Not adequate furniture. 4 chairs and 2 sofas very old, in the 2 main rooms Dining room table only sat 4. Movie room was great! Landscaping was awful. Weeds throughout. No check out instructions. For the amount of money we paid I would not rent this house again unless there were major changes. "
