"I paid for a newly renovated room, I checked in and they gave my room to someone else. They put us in a different room and said we would have to move rooms, which wasn’t a newly renovated room. Terrible!!"

"Overall, I had a good experience at Otonomos Hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, which made the stay pleasant for my family. One area for improvement is the digital key system. It can be difficult to use at times, especially in low-light or dark conditions when it doesn’t respond reliably. It would be great if the hotel could offer a backup option like a passcode for easier access. Overall, a nice and modern place to stay with just a small improvement needed in accessibility."

"Nice place. Very adequate. No complaints. I would stay here again. I will say cutting breakfast off at 10 seems a little early, especially for Las Vegas. 10:30 would be more reasonable, and more standard. "

"The carpets were not clean, our socks were black after walking around the room for a few minutes. There was food stuck to the carpet in the bedroom. "

"The house was great. The pool and patio area was our favorite feature. It is where we spent most of our days before heading out for the evening. We were just a couple of miles from the nearest casino so travel time was minimal. We would definitely stay there again. "
