"Wonderful hotel as soon as we walked in! Parking was provided for a fee in the garage. We had a beautiful view of the church and bridge. Breakfast was phenomenal and hotel service was top notch. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others! "

"Loved that the barber is next to the lobby! Overall I had a wonderful experience. The morning breakfast had a nice spread with a wide variety of options. Dinner was great also. Miso soup, eel and rice dish and an Asahi to finish it off. When back in Düsseldorf, I will absolutely stay at me and all hotel again!"

"It is close to the train station and the busy Cathedral Cologne and there can be some sense of a lot of people - but once you step inside it's a fabulous retreat. Great service, we had a beautiful room. The breakfast is very expensive and just "okay" so go across the street to the Cafe Richard. Close to the "historical sections" and close to the water. Would stay here again for sure."

"We needed a room with 3 beds before flying out; this worked. It wa about 10-15 min easy drive to the airport. The room is super tight with just the 2 beds but when they pull out the love seat bed it’s tight. The bathroom is also small; I opened the door with the side, versus the handle, and jammed my finger into the shower as I opened it. The shower pressure was good, the AC worked, and it did the trick. The staff was super friendly."
