"The customer service of this place is next to none. They provided a code that doesn’t work for one of the doors we had to go through and no one cared to fix it. We were lucky that someone else with a valid code opened the door for us. I reported the problem right away and no one came to fix the issue at all. The contact property messages were a joke since it solved nothing. We were forced to stay in the room the whole time of our stay fearing we won’t be lucky enough the second time we got stuck...

"My son and I stayed here for 1 night before flying out the next morning. We loved it! The room was comfortable and clean. Bonus points for having a mini fridge! Very friendly check in staff, which was appreciated after a long travel day. We didn’t get the breakfast because we wanted to try the bakery next door. 10ish min walk to the Rainbow Street area. Parking wasn’t ideal but I was able to find street parking after driving around a few times. Definitely recommend!!"
