"Recently stayed here for 1 night on a longer tour of the area. Lovely hotel in a very good location to explore the area, 40 minute drive into Triberg. Room was very clean and comfortable, staff extremely helpful and friendly and breakfast was very nice. Would certainly come back."

"One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. This is the quintessential German resort hotel, unbelievable property that has us finding new rooms and experiences each day. In the middle of hiking country with e-bikes easily rented. The food and service was impeccable, can’t speak more highly!"

"The only negative experience was our check in as the young lady that helped us was the most rude experience we had in our 10 days in Europe. Everyone else at the resort was delightful. Just unfortunate to have this be the first person we interacted with after traveling all day and finishing our trip at this resort to relax and rejuvenate. Otherwise, an amazing experience"

"Parking was a bit difficult. Had to park across the street in an underground and pay €14 per night. The breakfast was remarkable and the best we have ever had in any hotel traveling. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They didn't seem to know how to find an ATM. Suggest that information be available to travelers who need to exchange currency."

"Modern converted mill, next to the train station. Everything clean and tidy, apart from the supplied and much needed fan (No AC). It was full of hair and dust, not ideal really. Had to sleep with windows open, during 35'c heat. Check in was a bit of a faff with digital registration and needing passport images all before you got access to the code to let you in. (My code didn't arrive, so i had to call a helpful woman who sorted it for me) In total took over 20min to "check in" at a time when you just wanted to drop your bags and rest."
