Welcome to Peaks and Birdies! This newly built condo is nestled amongst all the amenities imaginable for an amazing getaway. Accommodating up to 10 guests, this home offers a private hot tub, ski/bike storage, and underground parking. The Mackenzie Village is currently home to a liquor store, daycare, fenced dog park, fitness center, coworking space, pub soon to come, grocery store, and restaurants. Directly across the street the world class golf destination Cabot Revelstoke is opening in 2025.

Comfortable seating surrounds the Smart TV, ideal for unwinding after a day of skiing, golfing, hiking, biking, or exploring the village. Step out onto the private balcony with a mountain view hot tub, outdoor dining area, and BBQ for laid-back evenings.

The kitchen has everything you need, from modern appliances to cookware and a drip coffee maker - all you need is your food and spices! The spacious dining area and kitchen island are perfect for gathering when you're not out enjoying Revelstoke's local restaurants.

This condo features 4 separate bedrooms. The primary has a king bed, full ensuite, and a private deck, while the second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom includes two single beds, a full ensuite, and a double vanity. The fourth bedroom is great for kids, featuring a single-over-double bunk bed. For extra guests, there's a queen-size sofa bed in the living area, and a third full bathroom is conveniently located off the living space.

Parking: Free parking includes one covered spot in the underground garage. Additional cars must park in public lots nearby. Please be aware of the following parking information before booking.

- The underground parking garage has a clearance of 2.5 meters (8.2 ft)
- Outdoor lot is 2 hour maximum for retail use only
- Street parking is on a first come first served basis only
- Additional vehicle parking is available in public lots around town

*Bike & Gear Storage: Enjoy easy access to nearby biking trails! Two secure bike & ski/board storage spots are provided in the communal storage room, but please bring your own lock.

*The resort has a shuttle just a 5 minute walk away that takes you directly to Revelstoke Mountain Resort.

*Revelstoke Mountain Resort is a part of the Ikon Pass Program. Ikon Passholders can enjoy their exclusive membership perks at Revelstoke!

Revelstoke is a four-season playground with activities for all ages and interests!

Winter Sports - Revelstoke is the longest ski vertical in North America and a winter sports paradise with ample opportunities for snowmobiling, skiing, and snowboarding. Whether you're hitting the slopes at Revelstoke Mountain Resort, or experiencing helicopter skiing, adventure awaits around every corner.

Mountain Biking - The Monashee and Selkirk mountain ranges offer a variety of mountain biking trails, ensuring you can enjoy the breathtaking heights of the mountains year-round.

National Parks - Revelstoke places you close to two iconic National Parks.
