"I stayed at Hilton LAX twice in a two-week span. They were wildly different experiences. The first visit was truly pleasant: Airport shuttle to and from the airport was a breeze, the room was modern and clean. The second time was a disaster: Airport shuttle skipped us (presumably it was full); we had to take a midnight Uber to the hotel. The room was very outdated. he air conditioning was not functional and we all sweated in our sleep. Front desk offered no compensation other than "sorry"....

"Two things about this location 1. There will be extra "city fees" that they do not enclose in what should be a fully paid and reserved room. These fees should be included in the reservation! 2. I stepped on rusty stapples stuck in the carpet near the bathroom entrance which pierced my skin and hurt. Its a good thing I had my tetanus shots. We had to stick a towel over the spot so the rest of my family would get stuck with the staples."

"1.The toilet handle was broken and needs repair. 2.The mini refrigerator was making a lot of noise throughout the night, which disrupted rest."
