The high-quality furnishings create a pleasant, comfortable living experience. The sleeping area can be completely darkened using exterior roller shutters.

The modern living area, the very well-equipped kitchen, and the two separate bedrooms offer your family plenty of space in a lovely atmosphere for your vacation. The beautiful wood finishes, including an attractive, wide spiral staircase, give the apartment a very cozy, unique charm.
The bright, welcoming living/dining area is spacious and cozy.
The open, comfortable kitchen-living area is fully equipped with a dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, oven, and microwave, as well as dishes and cooking utensils.
Upon request, we’re also happy to provide everything you need for your baby: a crib, high chair, baby bathtub, and step stool.

Our “Pirate’s Nest,” accessible via the spiral staircase in the living room, sleeps 3 people in single beds—whether young or old.
The “lower” bedroom features a comfortable double bed with height-adjustable head and foot sections on the slatted frames.
With its two separate bedrooms, the vacation apartment is also ideal for families with children.

Our large garden offers plenty of space for sunbathing, relaxing, and enjoying some privacy. The garden also features a children’s play area (with a swing, slide, climbing frame, sandbox, and playhouse), as well as a ping-pong table and a barbecue area.

You’re also welcome to use our vehicles—a tricycle and a handcart—free of charge.

The sandy beach is only 150 meters away, and the town square, shops, and restaurants are just as close in the other direction.

Of course, the vacation rental has a parking space on our property.

The final cleaning fee of 70 euros must be paid to the landlord before your arrival.
