Alles vor 20 Jahren mal billig gekauft und nun muss es eben so gehen… klassischer Renovierungsstau. Umrandung auf der Küchenzeile abgenutzt und aufgequollen. Kühlschrank Einlegeboden defekt. Boden mit Sand der Vorgänger dreckig. Kann dran liegen, dass der Staubsauger defekt ist. Dusche im Bad stark verschimmelt. Duschkopf...

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und mit allem ausgestattet, was einem einen kurzen wie langen Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich macht. Die sehr helle und modern wirkende Wohnung hat als kleines Schmankel Kunstwerke. Die Wohngegend selbst ist sehr ruhig. Keine 60m weiter gibt es eine Haltestelle der Straßenbahn. "
