Top Renwick Hotel Reviews
Carlisle Station Hotel, Sure Hotel Collection by BW
10/10 Excellent
"The location is great. You might want to have earplugs because there’s a busy bar nearby."
ibis Carlisle – City Centre
8/10 Good
"It was fine. The street outside was kinda rowdy. But frustrating that the car charger was broken because it was one of our criteria for picking the ibis."
Appleby Castle
10/10 Excellent
"I have visited over 170 countries. This castle is in my top two or three most wonderful places I have ever visited. The castle is amazing but the main reason i loved this place so much is because the staff were beyond perfect. They made our stay something I will never forget. The food and wine could not have been more amazing. The live piano played at dinner was priceless. I will fondly remember this place for the rest of my life."
County Hotel
8/10 Good
"Good size room, clean enough, comfy bed. Obviously old building so things are dated. Carpets are in need of a good hoover and shampooing in places,"
Crown Inn at Pooley Bridge
10/10 Excellent
"Just had a two night stay the Crown , everything was perfect , lovely clean room , lovely breakfast , and all the staff were very friendly especially Amy who went out of her way to help us with where to go and what to do during our stay , will definitely be back 👍"
Another Place The Lake
10/10 Excellent
"Such a beautiful place! Wonderful friendly staff who cannot do enough for you. We stayed in a stunning shepherds hut on the edge of the lake. A perfect way to celebrate our wedding anniversary."
THE ROADHOUSE
10/10 Excellent
"Comfy bed and clean property, carpeted bathroom was strange though"
Arkale Lodge
10/10 Excellent
"I would strongly recommend ringing ahead before arriving for check in as there isn't the usual reception on site and no late check in. And even checking in at 7pm was a slightly nerve wracking procedure that took several nervous minutes of ringing doorbells, Ring Door Camera, texts and two phone calls until I finally managed to speak to the owner, who was off site and arranged for someone(I believe another tenant) to let check in. Eventually it was NOT a problem - but well worth ringing ahead! That said, the hotel was clean with good facilities - TV, tea, coffee, kettle and efficient modern shower. The morning staff were delightful and the full English Breakfast was generous and well prepared. Just over 10 minutes walk from the train station."
Pinegrove Hotel
8/10 Good
"Great budget hotel with extremely friendly staff and good location."
