Room was great, staff was extremely friendly and very sweet to my children. We stayed for two weeks and they made sure our stay was comfortable and made sure we had what we needed. Sheryl was amazing and my kids loved walking through the front doors to get their daily interactions with her, she also went the extra mile to let us know about family/ kid friendly events around the Reno and Sparks area that we never knew about. She really knew how to make it feel like home away from home, and because of that my family will be comming back to this hotel everytime we need a hotel in Reno!

We had a great stay! The rooms are extremely clean, quiet, the staff is very friendly and they have always a kind greeting or smile for you when you walk by. The ladies at the reception are doing their utmost to accommodate all needs & wishes of their staying guests. It seems this is a very harmonious team altogether. We stayed here between moves and it was a great pleasure & took quite the stress out of moving for us. We would always come back again! Thank you so much.

Clean rooms, newer building, good place for just staying a night. But not sure I can call this hotel as extended stay. No amenities, whatsoever. Not even a tissue or a paper or plastic cup for drinking water.

Very comfortable for short or long stay

Brand new so everything in excellent condition. Super friendly and helpful staff. My only complaint is that the morning coffee was awful: lightly brown water from a plastic espresso machine.

Property itself looks good like new. Very comfortable and clean-fresh beds. There is kitchen in the room with microwave and stove, but it would also nice to have coffee machine or kettle in the kitchen and some cups and plates, cutlery. Also cleaning staff would do their job better: there is dust on the surfaces and food drops in the microwave and fridge.

Nice, but missing a few things…

Good location, nice aized rooms and very streamlined and clean. A couple basic hotel supplies were still enroute I guess, as the room had no hand towels or blow dryer (only 4 in entire hotel). Some room charge glitches as well but staff was very helpful to get that squared away correctly. Overall very clean and relatively quiet.

My family came from California and was looking for something nice and quiet well we happened to find this hotel and let me tell you something..... THIS IS THE BEST DAMN HOTEL!!! Right from the start it was great. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with kindness and the smell of a brand new hotel (45 days old as of 8-31-25) the check in was super fast and very easy. Once we got to our room (119) and opened the door we loved it. Full size fridge with a nice stove but bring your own cookware. The beds were so comfortable and we all had the best sleep. We definitely will be returning to this wonderful hotel. Thank you also to the lady who was working the front desk the morning of September 1 who fixed the hot chocolate machine for my kids which made them both very happy. So if you're looking for a nice hotel away from all the big hotels downtown (but only 15 minutes away from all the action) then stay here and thank me later.

Clean, new but very minimal.

We arrived in the afternoon and appreciated being allowed to check in at 3:00 pm (normally 4:00 pm). The hotel is brand new, very clean, and in a perfect location with plenty of safe parking — we left our e-bikes on our SUV every night without any issues. The room itself was very basic and minimal. Only one towel and washcloth were provided per person, and there were just three pillows for two guests. There was no blow dryer, and while the room had a kitchen, you had to pay extra for a dish pack. Housekeeping isn’t offered for stays under seven days, so if you want fresh towels, you need to bring your used ones to the front desk to exchange. The front desk staff wasn’t very personable and couldn’t answer our questions about the EV charger. Morning coffee was just from a machine, nothing special. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable, the A/C worked great, WiFi and satellite TV were free, and overall the property felt safe. For a short-term stay it worked fine, but very much a BYOS (bring your own stuff)
