Parking is a little bit cumbersome as you have to drive to a separate elevated driveway and done a rocky path to a gate that you have to unlock yourself and close the car off with the gate. Otherwise, the hotel room is very nice and cleanly. Bathroom is kind of small. Management was kind. It was a little difficult getting a hold of management as we arrived at the hotel at about eight or 9 PM. We had to bang on the door pretty loudly to get somebody to come out. We...

"I was disappointed by some of the staff who although knew well that we were tourists and did not reside in Chile, still went ahead and charged us government tax of about 90.00 USD. They then refused to reverse it and told us to go to customs at the airport and ask them to reverse it. The customs refused.

"We really enjoyed our stay in the small, one-story cottage at the rear corner of the property, accessible through the beautifully appointed side courtyard. Staff was very accommodating when we arrived past the regular breakfast time because of flight changes due to weather."
