"I booked through Expedia but when I arrived they said that the hotel was full. They checked me in but mixed up with someone else’s information that needed to check in . They gave me a card key to a room that had someone in bed.
They then put me in a room, smaller than the others, felt like a closet. They told me I could park in the parkade in the hotel but would have to pay but would receive a discount as a hotel guest. When we left the park key in the morning, I been putting my tire,...
"What an amazing place to visit. Great for couples. Staff was amazing, food was good. Not close to shopping or restaurants, it’s on a hill, but the view is amazing. Walking distance to downtown, all downhill. Parking is tricky, but staff is helpful. Lots of places to visit and explore within the city."
"While the Expedia listing was inaccurate (there are no rooms with a king bed and two doubles/twins), the staff did their best to accommodate us. The hotel is close to a city elevator; just make sure to catch it before it closes, or you will be hiking up several flights of stairs. The lounge areas throughout the property, including the outdoor terraces, were wonderful for our group of six to relax. The included breakfast and the views from the restaurant were amazing!"
"Cutest hotel I’ve been in. Love the room and decor. Location is up the hill so be prepared to climb if you walk. Uber would be a good option but we walked. Breakfast was simple. Staff were excellent. Google maps showed the correct location but announced we had arrived when we were still 1min away. Hotel is mostly below street level and not easy to see."
"The only problem we experienced was the fact that the hotel had live music in the restaurant until very late in the night.
We had a very early start the next morning and did not get much sleep!"
"Atendimento dos funcionários excepcional , simpáticos solicitos demais. O hotel não é novo, meio velho. Mas a cama, chuveiro são ótimos! Super bem localizado"
