"The front desk was attentive when I asked for the kettle to be changed out. It was very useful to have access to laundry facilities for free if you do not have them in your room, you just need your own detergent or can ask staff to provide (not sure if they ask for a fee for that).
Staff were friendly and I loved the room. The breakfast was fine, but perhaps could do with more variety as the days I went there it was the same each time. Maybe a buffet dinner as an option for one free meal each day could be an option as an alternative to free breakfast.
