"The staff was friendly upon check-in. The view from the lobby was impressive but that's about how far our positive impression went. I hate giving negative reviews but this hotel wasn't a pleasant experience. Upon arriving in the room we saw that the previous guest left some Tums on the nightstand which housekeeping failed to notice. We small have children so I'm glad that I noticed it before they did or they could have eaten them mistaking them for candy. The sheets had noticeable stains on...

"This review is about a specific room I booked on Expedia. It was on the ground floor, at the end of a hallway. The room itself was fine, probably like all other rooms. "The room was clean, but it was so loud throughout the night. I could barely sleep."

"There is a $42 resort fee that I did not really need for a one night stay. Also the bathroom wasn’t clean when I arrived to the room."

"Excellent! Close proximity to Ala Moana Mall and Magic Island. The staff is amazing!"

"Everyone and everything was absolutely amazing!!"

"La verdad todo bien, pero sí hay que tomar en cuenta que es un hotel viejo"

"The staff was great as there were a couple of issues with my reservation. But they were able to sort them out. I arrived early and was able to get into my room. Although I did book the room starting the night before on purpose. (I messed up the date coming from Asia) they were still able to accommodate me. Room was very clean had a balcony and a partial view of the harbor. Great sunset."

"Check in and valet were excellent. Room view of the mountains was great."

"The AC was on the floor in the main room, bedroom was humid and no AC. Otherwise the stay was great!"
