"All good"

"It was a wonderful experience with staff that exceeded my expectations. Me and my wife ended up getting there at 10 PM and the gentleman who helped us at the front desk was kind and professional. I will absolutely stay here again when cruising out of LA."

"We like the appearance (layout) and location of Hotel Hermosa. When you first enter, you are greeted by a friendly staff member. The lobby is spacious with an open concept design. The outdoor patio/common area is designed to accommodate large gatherings. The pool is cozy, smaller than the average hotel pool, given the space. Our room was unique... skateboard truck coat hanger, bottle openers for drawer handles, unique poster in the bedroom and bathroom. The room bathtub was the selling...

"Excellent room with fantastic bath/bathroom, even at the cheapest tier of room. Good parking availability, but mind the trees. Staff was excellent, but they typically cater to native Japanese speakers, so be mindful that communication difficulties may occur."

"Very clean room and hotel. Very attentive staff and housekeeping is always cleaning around the hotel around the clock and every thing smelled amazing and clean"

"Good Location"

"This property has definitely seen better days. Lots of wear-and-tear in the room, slow elevators (possibly out of inspection), and not quite the full complement of standard amenities. Staff was polite and professional, so I suspect this is simply an upkeep problem. Like the nearby Miyako, this caters to Japanese travelers, but I suspect it is substantially down-market. Parking is a little awkward with the road construction currently."

"The location is great. Right by the beach. Staff is amazing. The room is dated and there are a couple of appliances that are broken or don’t work."

"Room, Staff, Breakfast, Pool, Parking is excellent."

"Muy cómodo y muy buena atención"
