"Huge hotel with lots of different bars, restaurants and facilities. Can seem a bit impersonal and no cosy areas. Outside areas are lovely. Our signature room in floor 6 was very comfortable. No furniture in the balcony was disappointing. The business lounge was nice but only coffee and 1 glass of prosecco was free. Disappointed there was no food in the evening. At breakfast just coffee and croissants. Parking garage was convenient with lift to lobby but £20 per day was steep."

"Me and my daughter stayed here on the 23/6/2025 when we came to see Lana Del Rey. From the minute we arrived we were welcomed by the lovely receptionist. The room was clean and comfortable. It was also well stocked with tea, coffee etc and a lovely treat of Welsh cakes. Location wise you can't go wrong either. You are in walking distance of Principality Stadium & the train station. So a couple of minutes walks to both. You are also close to lots of eateries & bars. You are in a central location....
