"El hotel s muy práctico, queda cerca de la estación de tren, y en tren se llega en 10 mins al centro. El desayuno estaba bien, nada espectacular pero bien, y limpiaban la habitación todos los días"

"It’s an old hotel, so don’t expect modern day upgrades in the rooms. The hotel IS great. Our room was good. A few things wrong with room but no bad, sort of. Our a/c unit didn’t work, so we had to leave the window open our entire 4 day stay. Not bad. There IS, also, a big window in the shower, which is facing the street. Talk about putting a show for all those outside. Our room had a great view, and so did the outside looking in. It’s even worse when showering, or using bathroom at night. Beware...

"We had an issue with one of the lights in our room it was hanging loose on the wall. I went to turn it on and Sparks flew out of it and it burned out, leaving burn marks around it. I called the front desk the front desk attendant was concerned and helpful, to the best of his ability at the time. "Cheap"

"Restaurant on site serves really good lobster roll and clam chowder; if you get the room on high floors with city view, you get an awesome view of Boston skyline and great way to enjoy sunset colors"

"Location was 20 minutes from salem and 40 minutes from boston. Bed was comftrouble room was clean. They have a water machine in the lobby where you can refill your bottle. We did not know and spent a tone on water from there store"

"Great location w/ beautiful views of the beach, so convenient w/ great access to public transportation, staffs were friendly and helpful. But the mattresses were old and sagged, bathroom ceiling was peeling and our 2nd room bathroom was spilling water on the floor."

"I"

"No one came to clean the room unless it was requested. When it was cleaned they did not remove the garbage. And the bath gel dispenser was inoperable."

"Excelente ubicación. Cuartos amplios. Camas comodísimas y el sistema de shuttle un éxito."

"The check in was seamless. Quick response to inquiries. Very clean and well maintained. Highly recommend."

"All was good."

"My brother and I stayed for a 4 night stay and we were super impressed with how clean the hotel was but also how on top of everything housekeeping was. They made our beds everyday, replaced towels, took out trashes, and paid great detail to ensuring we’d return to a comfortable room at the end of each day. The front desk was also super helpful and informative. My brother did say breakfast eggs were cold one morning but not sure if he brought it up to the staff. The beds and pillows were also...
