"Breakfast good"

"The views from the hotel’s panoramic rooms are amazing and the breakfast was of good quality. The hotel is on a main street which is very noisy. If you are sensitive to noise, bring your headphones. Rooms lack proper maintenance. I had to call the front desk several times to send someone to fix things. Even the elevator’s lights were out, so it was pitch black while in it. Beds were comfortable, but all in all a bad experience. "

"Had a great stay at this hotel. The only issue I had was with the payment. I secured and confirmed a rate via hotels.com, when I checked in the hotel wanted to charge me a higher rate saying the confirmed rate didn’t include taxes. When I showed them the email confirmation that clearly shows that taxes were included they still wanted to overcharge me. The staff member who attended me (whose name I’ll keep anonymous to protect them) didn’t bother to even call a manager in to get the situation settled, he told me to call hotels.com which I did and thankfully hotels.com was able to get the situation clarified. When I went the next morning to pay my correct balance I spoke to two other employees who called in a manager who seemed irritated as I’m sure this case was brought to their attention by hotels.com. The manager then proceeds to tell me to come back in 2-3 hours for the system to update. I come back later in the evening and the original employee who attended me the first day apologized for the confusion and I settled my bill for the correct amount. While I’m grateful my case went well I’m sure there are countless others they tried to pull this trick on. Be careful and don’t take their word. Always save your confirmation emails and post comments so others are aware of their antics. Holiday Inn Global should read these comments for training and performance evaluation purposes as well."

"Spa was relaxing . Staff very friendly and professional . Made me feel welcome . Shops nearby and affordable prices . Room clean , some part are slightly noisy due to building works going on outside the premises .got a change of room . Overall experience excellent ! "

"The hotel is excellent, but what makes it exceptional is its staff. They are very friendly, very attentive, very helpful, and very warm; that's what makes the difference. The facilities are really good. Clean rooms. The food is acceptable, No, not a good restaurant, but acceptable."

"The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful, and the rooftop view was wow — absolutely amazing!"

"The host at the rooftop is excellent. The guy (Muhammed) working the late evening front desk shift until the morning is very helpful, speaks good English, and overall honest. The girl working the front desk is a liar very dishonest. My dining bill was 1887 egyptian pounds (I gave the host a tip on the table) and decided on her own to round up my tab. I paid it because she said she had no change. When I paid my taxi to the airport again they had no change so I did not accommodate her scheme. I gave a tip to the taxi driver directly. The only reason I'd advise not to stay here again is because it's 22 minutes away from the new museum and about 25 minutes away from Sphinx. 45 minutes from the Airport with no food options within walking distance. We tried walking to a corner store and restaurant but the side streets were dirt and no one could understand us on how to reach the restaurant. The alleys had been bricked off where the map thought it was a road to pass through."
