"Terrible experience. I Would never recommend a place like this to anyone. I felt unsafe and people were so loud at night, I had to come out and ask them to keep it quiet, very unprofessional,. they were people outside, talking very loud and drinking past 10pm. Beware bedroom doors don’t lock from inside and sheets and towels are dirty, they smelled like mildew and saliva. The bed had either crumbs or dirt particles."

"HORRIBLE never going backStacyAnn Carter knew we wanted to check in a little early. We were all going to a wedding in Waxahachie at 5:00. About 20- minutes away. She messaged me Friday AM that they had someone rent for 1 nigh. It all depended on what time the house would be cleaned and ready. We all arrived together around 3:50. "We recently enjoyed a wonderful staycation at this hotel, making the most of the fantastic Jade Waters Resort! The lazy river was a huge hit with our family; it was incredibly fun, clean, and we appreciated the constant presence of attentive lifeguards. We found all the staff to be incredibly friendly and informative, and the food was absolutely delicious. Our rooms were very comfortable and had a modern feel. Highly recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!"
