"Wonderful place to stay. There was a little mixup with my reservation but Hotels.com and the hotel got it fixed immediately. Melissa at the front desk was a great help - they all were. We were struggling with out luggage cart and one of the maintenance personnel took over and took it to our room and unloaded it for us . These are some nice folks! The hotel is so conveniently located literally on the beach/boardwalk and you can walk to most restaurants within 5 or ten minutes. I love this place and will go back many more times . IF you want a balcony, be sure you reserve on the SOUTH of the building , North doesn't have balconies even though the picture may show a balcony door."

"The property isn't fancy, but it is clean and comfortable. The Day Manager was very warm and welcoming. She switched our room to one without carpet due to allergies. Housekeeping was good as well, providing extra towels, washcloths upon request. We'll definitely stay here again when we do Rehoboth Beach."

"We were in room 242, not really clean, there was alot of dirt under the bed, under the desk area there was garbage, just little pieces, but obviously not cleaned. The shower head was really poor, so small for such a large bathroom. No firepits as advertised. The front desk knew nothing about firepits. We could only use the indoor pool, that's poor. Would I stay here again, probably not and I love Hyatt. We paid a premium price during off season and didn't get premium."
