"We loved our stay! We are new to the Cape and did not know that many of the beaches cost money to park and go to. Therefore, having direct beach access and chairs/umbrellas was amazing. I will mention they do not provide beach towels, however, which is important to know for planning. The food/drink options were also very convenient and Dennis Port is a great, central location."

"When we booked this hotel it was under the Red Jacket umbrella. When we checked in we found out that it is no longer part of Red Jacket and that the hotel had been sold. That didn’t stop them from charging an amenities fee. The new owners are very nice and were trying their best with the mess they were left with due to the sale."

"Nice facility although a bit dated. Wonderful location right next to West Dennis Beach so a great beach expanse for walking. Breakfast buffet rather steeply priced at $35, but the Good Friends Cafe (0.6mi walk) was a fabulous alternative. Room would benefit from light darkening shades as the 6am-it-must-be-later awaking a bit surprising. But it is priced substantially below other hotels in the area, so a trade-off."

"There are several room types/tiers, so my experience is only with the "Dog Friendly - queen & king" room. The room was a good size, and the beds were comfy. Everything was clean when we walked in. Considering the hotel is on the beach and features two pools (plus the neighboring sister resorts), we did note a lack of functions around beach sand, wet suits, and towels - things of that nature. It's hard to picture staying more than a couple of days here. The staff did come and vacuum (there wasn't a "Do not Disturb" option, btw, for service), but an in-room way to handle sand would be appreciated. Plus more hooks and places to hang wet items. The parking lot is kind of crazy - the spots are SO narrow, and there is not much room between the cars and the entrances to the outdoor-accessible hotel rooms. Felt very congested. With all that said, I do feel the value was great, and this was the family-friendly, casual place to stay on the beach we were exactly looking for!"
