"This has to be the worst experience of mine. So here it starts : I tried to reach out to the host via VRBO and haven't hear any response. I have neither received any email on how to get into the property as well. we have reached the property (with a kid) and then we couldn't get hold of any at all. "My colleague who stayed here said it was clean and beautifully decorated. It is about 1 min to Reading Town Centre.
