"Clean & basic. Very ugly commercial area. This hotel seems to be an upgraded Comfort Inn. The rooms showed some wear (holes and stains in our carpet, dinged up furniture), mattresses were okay. Beds are only doubles. Breakfast area and selection were small, but they did have scrambled eggs and a protein each day. The woman running the breakfast area was very efficient, friendly, and on top of everything. Our first (and probably last) visit to a SureStay, but most importantly the rooms were spotless. Remember to tip the cleaners! We also appreciated the well-stocked bird feeder in the little front garden. The birds were delightful to watch while we ate breakfast, and it was a very nice touch!"

"Our stay at the Hilton Garden Exton PA was good, except that the first night our bed made a TERRIBLE POPPING NOISE every time you moved during the night! (I think the Platform frame was loose, or the plywood that the mattress sets on was warped!) The 2nd morning as we were going out for the day, the Front Desk Clerk (Blake) asked me if everything was alright with our stay ... when I told him about the bed, he said they'd try to get someone from Maintenance to take a look. When we returned to the hotel that evening, it was 95% fixed! (We slept much better the 2nd night!) THANKS to Blake, the very interested/concerned Front Desk Clerk! (A++) The NOT-included $17 breakfast buffet is NOT worth it! These were the usual chaffing pans of scrambled eggs, bacon, and frozen hashbrowns that most hotels provide WITH an included Breakfast (& these were BARELY Warm!) These 3 items, along with toast, yogurt, some fruit and HARD, STALE sweet rolls, and coffee/juices were all that was provided for $17 EACH. (Save your money & go to nearby Nudy's Cafe for a delicious breakfast for less$!) Overall, we would probably stay here again (but would NOT purchase the breakfast option!)"

"Parking was easily available our check in was quick . The room was clean & the bed was comfortable even the pillows were to our liking the only thing i would mention is that there wasn't a box of tissues available in the room other than that breakfast was enough to get us started with a variety of items"

"Great location, short drive to Reading Outer Station for train ride. Hotel has lovely outdoor pool which was wonderful on a 95* day. Staff member came out to skim water surface and restock towels. Breakfast area is clean and well-stocked by a most cheerful and efficient staff member! We experienced a problem while at the hotel for 2 nights; a phone conversation with hotel manager solved the problem. I would stay there again."
