"A lovely hotel / pub that was very welcoming by staff. The food was traditional pub food and nice. The room we stayed in was basic but ok although the bathroom was tired and the floor could have been cleaner. But a comfy bed and a good size. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Once the rooms have had a refurb it will be a superb place to eat and stay. The staff were all very friendly, the pub nicely done. Would recommend. "

"Well what can I say this place is outstanding!! From the moment I walked in the door I was speechless it certainly has the WOW factor The house is jaw Droppingly Beautiful everybody who attended couldn’t believe how Beautiful it was. It was described as Stunning, Unbelievable, Amazing were just a few words used The photos do not do it justice!! The house was warm and inviting and had lovely cosy areas. The kitchen area became the hub of entertaining as it lended itself beautifully to cooking whilst socialising. It had everything you could possibly need and everything you could think of was supplied even a bottle of chilled Prosecco! Bedrooms had the loveliest comfy beds with some quirky furniture which we all loved and the bathrooms well stocked with fluffy towels and amazing smelling toiletries Jo who managed our booking was amazing any questions I had she answered and nothing was too much trouble we had a small glitch with water maintenance were there in under an hour amazing service. The only downside to our weekend was we had to leave this stunning house which we all fell in love with. We are now looking to book the same time next year and hopefully keep it an annual event ❤️"
