"Air conditioning is not running properly. On a 28 degree Celcius night, it is very hot when the windows of the room could not be opened. Like a steam stuffy room. Would not recommend booking during summer time."

"The room was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable, although the room was small, and if you ended up stuck inside, you’d quickly become claustrophobic. Likewise, the picture used to advertise the hotel is not a picture of any public or restaurant space in the hotel building, but a picture of the pub/restaurant 150 feet away. "Stayed at multiple Premier Inns throughout the week- no issue with any of the staff until checking in here. The receptionist required my passport and a whole lot of personal information, including my reason for being in the country, none of which any of the other receptionists required.
