"駅から近いロケーション。フレンドリーな接客。美味しい朝ごはん。設備は古いけど、アメニティも付いていたのはGood"

"Downtown location close to all the attractions. Minutes from the train station. Room was wonderful, staff was amazing and the nicest people. I would recommend this location and hotel to everyone going out of Ravenna. Also it’s walking distance to many wonderful restaurants."

"Expedia is also at fault here because they did not inform me that the property was under renovation: no restaurant in the evening. It was closed. A single woman travelling alone prefers to dine in her hotel. This was not available."

"In a great location. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see and it was central for tons of good food and drinks. The hotel itself had nice staff. They served free breakfast but we didn't try it. My biggest complaint was the bed was pretty firm and the pillows were totally flat. Small room, but to be expected."

"The breakfast was very good. And, we had complimentary transfer to the cruise port, which was excellent. The driver was very friendly and helpful. It was very close to the historic town and lots of restaurants. I definitely recommend this hotel if taking a cruise and need a day or two before your cruise."

"Excelente atención, habitación muy cómoda y la comida de cena estuvo muy rica, sin duda lo volvería a reservar. Lo usamos para la noche anterior a tomar un crucero y lo bueno es que dan el servicio de transporte hacia el puerto. Excelente!!"

"The place was cute and very clean. The staff were very helpful with any questions we had"

"I loved it here. As a woman traveling solo, I felt safe. There were restaurants within walking distance. I was also able to get transportation to the cruise port from here. My room was very comfortable. They also had a reliable elevator. I'd"

"Hotel stated they had A/C in listing but was told the city wasn’t allowing them to use it to save energy. I looked for that information on line and couldn’t find anything about that. We loved the place but it was HOT for sleeping."

"Good location and walkable everywhere. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast included as well."

"Buono"

"Nice stay just a day before cruising"

"Clean room. Staff were great! Excellent value—5 star hotel for reasonable price."

"We were 5 adults staying one night prior to a cruise the next day. Due to flight delays we were late arriving, but our host greeted us, gave us a brief tour of the property and showed us where to get our complimentary breakfast. Breakfast was served in a lovely garden area a few doors down. After breakfast the host & another driver took us to the port to meet our ship. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"This was an awesome hotel. The room was huge, the staff was so helpful and the breakfast was so nice. Zero complaints here ☺️"

"Very nice staff. Wonderfully eclectic, arty environment. Could use more mirrors in room, bar soap, shampoo and conditioner."
