"The hotel is tired but do not let that fool you. What it lacks in appearance it makes up for in good service and friendliness.
The room is dated but clean and the linen was spotless.
The food was excellent. The man on reception also served at the bar could not do enough for you.
The hotel is quirky but for the price and a decent nights sleep it was good enough for us"
"Traditional and slightly dated hotel. The accommodation was more than adequate and the food and service excellent. Its proximity to Keswick town centre is a bonus, especially as parking is free. After checkout we were told we could leave our car on the premises for the rest of the day if we so wished. "
