"We stayed over our Spring (March) Break. Traveling with 2 teenagers, having the extra space in the studio apartment was ideal. Plenty of room for the 4 of us, plus a comfy area to lounge to watch the Oscars. Location was great--short drive to old Downtown and about an hour from Niagara Falls, it was a relaxing sanctuary after we'd seen enough people to last a lifetime."

"This place is a fantastic property- I only wish that the weather was a little bit better to be able to take advantage of the large decks outside. The space inside has all kinds of great areas where people can get together or have some time alone without being in the midst of everyone else in the house. The neighborhood is absolutely gorgeous and the rooms are comfortable with very nice sheets and pillows which was a lovely surprise. Thank you for a great stay."

"This place was disgusting. It felt like a neglected college dorm room. No heat control Only Basic cable No smart tv No fridge No stove There is dirt and gross stuff all over the kitchen and dishes Funky lay out Smelled old Noisey outside all night Also safety issues at night people banging on glass commercial door. Didn’t feel secure Music all night long Detected a camera hidden in room with my camera finder It was so bad that we ended up leaving the next day and requested a refund and the owner was a total jerk and did not refund anything They also own Lelani or something like that it’s a pastry store underneath the place and it’s disgusting and gross in there too You’re risking your health and your safety if you stay here terrible place!!!"

"The house was in the prefect location for us; however inside the home there were many things in terrible disrepair. The owner was not amenible to fixing or replacing any of the falling apart items. It's a shame because aside from that our stay was wonderful. We made the best of it as much as we could and tried to ignore the issues since there was no changing things once we had paid and were there and checked in. "
