"The hotel is ok, a little tired and out of the way. Staff are friendly and its saving grace is that is close to Friday Cafe and Bistrot, which is very good and remarkably reasonable. If you do end up here I recommend a trip to the Old Town, a delight."

We had 24 hr of flight so I spoke up the next morning and was told we could upgrade to the pent house for a “discount” and what that meant was I continued to have NO hot water, NO pressure and at time standing there coved in...

"This is a beautiful property, very central to most tourist attractions and not far from the airport. We've stayed in Phuket a lot and cannot recommend this property highly enough. Its beautifully designed and set out. The rooms are awesome especially if you have pool access. There is a great restaurant on site, very reasonably priced with a good variety of choices. The staff were extremely helpful and we loved our stay here."

Bed also had dead bugs in it. We canceled the rest of our stay. There are much better options in Phuket. Avoid at all costs. "
