"Not our first stay here, but probably my longest. We trust Shangri-La Eros and will continue to book this hotel based on the amazing food, service and rooms. But...one night, there was a late party being held in the hotel with a DJ and extremely loud music, which we could hear in our room on the 16th floor. I had to go downstairs to reception to complain. They apologised and said that they would request the DJ to lower the volume, but that it was going to continue till 2am. (Thankfully, it ended...
