Towns we visited while there were Chianti (loved Poggio Amorelli winery!), Siena, Florence and Montepulciano. Nicoletta was very prompt in communication and very sweet. "We loved our four night stay at Irene's guest house. It was the perfect spot for taking day trips visiting the wonderful towns of Tuscany. We especially liked the full kitchen and large, comfortable rooms. Swimming in the heated pool was a great way to end a long day of sightseeing and exploring the region. Everything was perfect and we would highly recommend this property."

"I had the best experience here. I had come here with a group 22 years ago at age 13. I had wanted to relive and reminisce being at the castle and my experience was just as it was 22 years later at age 35!! I adored the staff and their attention and care to me as a solo traveling female. I felt like they became more than staff during my time, but friends. They showed me the inside of the room I stayed in with my grandparents as a little girl. It was really special to walk though. I always felt safe, even walking around the property at night. I WILL be back sooner rather than (22 years) later. :) "
